Hello everyone.

I feel the need to write again! I wanted to share my post-workshop experiences as I struggled to find others reviews and would have found it helpful myself to see what people are going through.

I just got back from Tom Kenyon's workshop in Germany and Im not sure exactly what it did to me, but it certainly did something, or I wouldnt be writing a blog right now! From what I understood he cleansed our chakras by using sound vibrations whilst he was channelling the Hathors. The energy in the room of about 400 people was very intense, you could see people reacting physically to his voice by shaking, bouncing and I was lucky enough to sit next to someone who was kind of going nuts...But it was quite amazing, I would honestly say that no human can produce these noises, they were out-of-this-world sounds...

During breaks and after, just like he said, I didnt want to speak. At all. It was just so comfortable not speaking. He also said that we shouldnt make any life-changing decisions within the next 7 days because we will see life differently, he even joked about quitting jobs.

After the workshop, at 7pm I fell asleep...and didnt wake up until 13-14 hours later. Well I woke up for 2 mins and could suddenly speak German (2 days before I struggled to remember how to say thank you) and perfect French...too bad I somehow forgot it by morning!

I guess I expected that if Im cleansed that I should be totally happy with life the morning after, but I wasnt. As I was travelling I felt the need to fast, I was hungry, but for some reason my mind and body was shouting at me not to eat, so I didnt for most of the day. I figured I could use the detox from the pasta and croissants I had in Garching (Germans dont cater too well for raw vegans...). In the evening, I was on the phone and I just felt like I cant talk anymore, and I didnt feel like being nice and pretending to want to talk, so I hung up. I know people say about becoming less tolerant to people who dont serve your highest good, and I think thats what I experienced.

Its been 3 days. The day after I got back, again, I didnt want to eat, but this time I wasnt even hungry. When I went for lunch I had half of what Id normally eat. I dont understand whats happening to me, maybe Im going breatharian!! Also I constantly have the feeling in my mouth like Im thirsty and I havent had ANY sugar cravings!!! I usually always want sugar, I even turned down free raw sugar free cake, just didnt want anything sweet O.o

At work, I usually have a big problem with the music they play in the office, I usually put on my headphones, tolerate it and then grumble about it on the weekends. But today it just drove me mad, I was shaking with irritability! Then I remembered Tom's advice and decided not to make any rash decisions :) How very curious, I seem to be 200% more sensitive to my surroundings, physically and emotionally. I usually cant stand people smoking on the streets but now its even worse. The only thing Im not irritated about is the weather, surprisingly enough, when I was not spiritually awake thats the only thing that bothered me hahaha.

Today - more "tests" from the universe. Had to go deal with the bank who totally ripped me off, and though its kinda my fault for not checking the details, it still annoyed me seeing how banks control people and make our lives miserable, one more reason to stop using money altogether. At the very same time, the same friend who I was speaking to on the phone before, text me. When someone pushes your buttons every once in a while with the same thing that you find irritating and unnecessary in your life, eventually you explode. And so I did, thankfully I was at the bank and sent an angry text, but I was ready to actually scream. Thats just SO not me though!!! Im a very kind and patient person who doesnt easily explode at things. Did Tom heighten my emotions or did he just make me less tolerant to "modern" life??? Suppose the fact that Im detoxing/fasting/breatharianising (lol whatever) isnt helping my mood right now either, but I was reading other peoples experiences after Tom Kenyons workshops and one even said she spend the first 2 days throwing up and detoxing, so perhaps its totally normal!! Just weird...

At least I look totally stunning today and that makes me a little happy :)) 

Well think thats enough of rambling. Im going to try my best to trust that the universe has my best interest and surrender completely. My mum was right when she tried to calm me down, this is way outside my comfort-box and I shouldnt try to logically understand it but just go with it. 

If I suddenly start growing wings or breathing underwater, I will let you know :) 



Its been 7 days and I think I understood why the food changes were happening. I was researching breatharianism and read somewhere that when all of your chakras have been cleansed/opened, thats what makes living on prana possible, which totally makes sense now.

There are several types of hunger, to narrow down to 2, theres the "need" and the "want" hunger. This week I had NO "want" hunger, I didnt want food for emotional reasons or just for the taste, like most of us do on a daily basis, I just ate when I really physically needed to (and even that was cut down by about 50%). 

On my 6th day I cleansed myself completely and it felt like I had NOTHING in my guts, Ive never felt my stomach so soft, it was awesome! But best of all, I got a totally new perspective, I realised how much were controlled by food and our emotions to it, and how its totally not necessary if you know how to live off another, universal nourishment source (please note: Im NOT talking about fasting, breatharianism is NOT giving up food and Im in no way promoting that).

Any side effects? Well mood swings obviously, but thats expected after a detox and a chakra cleanse/DNA alteration and whatever else Tom Kenyon may have done. I didnt feel tired, didnt faint and had no typical symptoms of "starvation", felt like I was in a good healthy state. 

By the 7th day I think the effects started to wear off (Tom did mention a 7 day period), I had to sing at a concert and so got a little nervous and *boom* just like that my "want"/"emotional" hunger came back and for the first time I ate a normal sized meal. For the whole day after I kept experiencing the "want" hunger but I resisted all the smells and temptations. As a side note, Ive been very curious lately as to why raw food smells so little compared to cooked food, perhaps its to diminish the temptation to eat??

I am incredibly grateful for this experience, it has really helped me see the difference between when Im actually hungry or when I just feel like eating because Im bored/want something yummy/emotionally unbalanced/being social etc. Now I think its a matter of willpower to resist the "wants" of my body and to meditate more to get myself back into that state that I can live mostly on prana and not want food for its taste. Thank you universe for opening my eyes to this incredible way of living!! <3 


Gosh this blog is getting big. I came to a 2nd realisation this morning. Maybe it wasnt JUST Tom's vibrations that caused this, at one point he told us to keep our tongues at the roofs of our mouths for some time, he didnt  go into details but I understood he meant we need to go into the creation-mode (where you can create ANYTHING you want) as Drunvalo taught us how to do for 5 days at his Awakening the Illuminated heart workshop in Sedona.

So I did as we were taught and throughout the entire time I kept thinking how much I want to get on the path of being a breatharian, how this is the logical path for me and everyone, but I didnt get myself attached to the idea. Funnily enough, I TOTALLY forgot about that until an audio book (which I NEVER listen to) triggered the memory this morning.

Makes me wonder, what if it really was just ME who *finally* entered the creation space and created that reality for myself, with the help of Tom's vibrations to speed and enhance the process...very interesting!!

Something happened with my housemate today and I didnt understand why it bothered me so much until, a few hours later, I realised what my lesson was, and immediately felt the need to write this blog!

I will say a few things that may seem totally random and unrelated, but they all came together to help me make the realisation that inspired this blog, and it is about loving yourself. 

1) In the last few months I have been getting into raw veganism (for those who dont know, its a lifestyle where you eat mostly uncooked food, because cooking destroys much of its enzymes, vitamins etc). The results are incredible, though I still find it a little bit hard to do sometimes, especially when eating out. 90% of the time I am happy and positive, but in those rare cases that Im not, I, like most people probably, go and eat a cupcake and say to myself "I deserve it". 

2) Someone at work today said "one of these days I will take you to my favourite creperie to treat ourselves". I didnt pay much attention to it them besides thinking "oh no how do I tell her Im trying to give up sugar". This too played a role and it was said to me to form a sturdier image in my mind.

3) Now about my housemate. I havent seen her for 4 months so wasnt used to her presence. We were making dinner - she was upset and said she was going on a strike by combining all sorts of junk food together. In the meantime, I was making a raw sandwich, very lovingly, half listening to her and half trying to protect my food from her negative emotions (water, and therefore food, which is mostly water, is very sensitive to peoples emotions and thoughts!!). 
This is what I made, nothing special, just a sandwich.

My housemate looks at it and says "WHY do  you make something so pretty, just for yourself?"

I didnt quite get the question, I said something about that being the most important thing - that its for YOU. This led to a conversation about loving yourself and she proceeded to saying things that were quite shocking to me, its been so long since Ive started learning how to love myself (perhaps I'll tell you about it one day, it changed my life) and surrounded myself with similar people, that I felt very uncomfortable that she was arguing AGAINST me. I asked her, "so in YOUR life, do you not think YOU'RE the most important person in it?" - she said she isnt... and I could see this wasnt going anywhere, I excused myself and went to my room but couldnt get that conversation out of my mind.

After some time, its like something switched in my brain and put all those situations together. My conclusions were:

1) We shouldnt see healthy food/raw food/vegetarian food as troublesome, we shouldnt go and "treat" ourselves with cookies...it is because we LOVE ourselves (our bodies, the healty state of being that we get from healthy foods etc) that we eat it. Healthy foods ARE the treat to our bodies, were just not used to seeing it that way. 

My housemate went on a strike and scoffed down lord knows how much junk because she was upset. Did it make her feel better? I very much doubt that. And yes I'll admit that those cupcakes didnt make my day any better either, just made my teeth hurt from sugar and my stomach bloated... So, conclusion: when were feeling low, that is especially when we should be eating the healthiest, not the other way round!! Good food will bring up the body's energy levels and give you a boost of vitamin-love!

This may not seem like a huge realisation, but to me it really is, its like I began to perceive food in a totally different way.


2) If someone isnt ready to hear what youre trying to say, no matter how good your intentions, dont force it on them, let them be, for their time will eventually come. 

3) I had an aura-soma reading (where you pick certain colours and it tells you something about yourself at that particular time in life) about a month ago, and the most important thing that came of that, is that at this moment in time, my number one priority should be to love myself - very cool that synchronisities keep pointing me towards that! Theres always room for advancement.

4) You should always go with what your gut feeling tells you, if youre uncomfortable in a situation (like I was at dinner), its ok to walk away and do something that you do enjoy. Its ok to tell your colleague that you dont want to eat crepes with her...because you deserve to be healthy and shouldnt have to feel uncomfortable with other people who dont understand you. 

I really felt the need to write this today, and now that Ive done it, the funny feeling has gone away and I am finally at peace. I am now going to sleep. Yes its just after 10pm, but you know what - my body deserves as much sleep as it needs :) and since Ive been raw, Ive been waking up at 6am naturally and enjoying my morning meditations, making  my days a whole lot happier :)

Ever sat at the base of your bed and begged for a spirit/God/guide/star being or anything else to show himself to you? I know I have, just recently in fact. We've been told that if we really want something then if we sincerely ask for it, it will come. That is true, but in this case there is a little more that needs to be done...

Have you ever really paid attention to Michelangelo's painting below?
I remember when I first acknowledged that painting at the age of around 7, I thought to myself "Why is Adam not making any effort to reach God, why is he so lazy?". Just look at him, he isnt trying at all, whereas God is reaching as far as he possibly can! Children really do understand life better than adults, I just never took that thought further, until a few weeks ago when I started reading a book that's changed my life, "Telos" by Aurelia Louise Jones.

Beings from other dimensions/planets are really trying to get in touch with us, theyre perhaps even more eager than we are, but they physically CANT come down to our low 3rd dimension. They vibrate at a higher frequency to us, so from the 5th dimensions our brothers and sisters from the Great White Brotherhood, just to give an example, can only come down to a certain level but we must RAISE OUR VIBRATIONS high enough to meet them two-thirds of the way up.

To explain this in an easier way: remember in school when told us that sound has different frequencies and that humans can hear a certain range, dogs hear a different range and bats yet another. We cant hear the noise bats make or can hear, but that doesnt mean it isnt there. This is how I personally understand different dimensions, we can only see what vibrates at a certain frequency, but if we raise our own frequency, or vibration, then we will be able to see/hear/touch things in other dimensions!!! Isnt that exciting!?!

So to summarise, the only thing we need to do to get in touch with beings from other dimensions is to RAISE OUR OWN VIBRATIONS. It is US who need to make the effort, for they are always ready and trying to reach out to us. 

How exactly do we do that then? There are many ways, the most important thing is to begin living from the heart in a state of unconditional love and happiness towards everything. You may need to find your own way to that path and there are many teachers out there who can help you. For me it was the teachings of Drunvalo Melchizedek and his book "Living in the Heart" where he explains precise steps you should take to actually go into your heart, where you will discover incredible things and learn to communicate with your Higher Self. (For the best description of how to begin actual communication with your Higher Self, please read the book called "Beyond the flower of life" by Maureen St. Germain.

I found that it is absolutely VITAL that we get back in touch with our dear Mother Earth. 
We, humans, are the only species who vibrate at the same frequency as the Earth, so everything we do/think/say will affect our planet. Become child-like, play with nature, send her your love. Not only will you do a great thing for this planet, it will also help you raise your vibrations and you will notice in time you have become generally happier, more healthy (just 5 mins in nature a day can strengthen your immune system and prevent diseases - I havent been ill in a loong time!). Let out your inner child - does it tell you to climb a tree in your new white trousers? So go ahead and do it!! 

Try to find little things to make you happy and to help you stay in the present moment.90% of our day we spend thinking about either the past or the future, and most of it we spend worrying. Tomorrow, on your way to work, try to notice everything around you, really look at the trees, at the pretty flowers, acknowledge their beauty and be grateful for it all.
Try to keep positive and happy no matter what happens in your life, there's always a reason for it! You may think that something awful happened to you, but it could be a blessing, just like the boy falling off his horse seemed like a bad thing in the great parable video below, but then because he broke his leg he was not taken by the army. 

For me, I find it so helpful to wake every morning with a smile, and the first thing I do is thank my guides, my Higher Self, the universe, and any other beings that are helping me every day. If you have time for a meditation then all the better. I then go look at the sunrise (if I wake up early enough...) which immediately puts me in a good mood, we have magic in everyday life, we just forget to appreciate it...
One of the most important things is much easier because you dont have to do anything, you just have to not do something :) More specifically, you should try to watch less TV, read less newspapers and generally not follow the media. Now for most people this thought may be impossible to even consider, "how can you live without a TV"? Well I havent had a TV since 2006 and I'd never get one again - theres just so much rubbish out there. First of all it wastes your time...more like incredible amount of time. Secondly have you seen/read the news lately? Everything is just so negative, wherever you look there are oil spills, people dying and other awful events. Horror and fear sells..unfortunately, but the more negative things you see, read and hear, the more negative you become (I will talk more about this when I discuss the role of water in our bodies in the next blog). 

But surely we need to keep up with the news in some way? Yes it is important to know whats going on in the world but theres no need to watch TV or read newspapers for it. What you really need to know are the important bits, right? Have you noticed a truly important event not talked about? Most likely not, so chances are, you will hear about it from your friends or family - so you will be up to date and avoid all the rubbish headlines around it. 
Train yourself (yes train, this doesnt come over night) to be aware of your thoughts and actions. The first step is recognising when youve just thought something negative, judged someone or said something rude. How many times have you walked down the street, had someone bump into you and thought to yourself "what an arse, he didnt even appologize"? Never expect anything. He chose that path for himself, its his lesson so learn. 

a) shouldnt judge him for he has to go through this, and 
b) shouldnt allow yourself get angry, but if you do, acknowledge it and let it go

Letting go of unnecessary feelings will make you feel lighter, happier and will most certainly increase your vibrations. It does take some time though, but its so nice to see its effects! It was the best feeling looking down at a broken nail whilst being late to the airport and feeling...nothing!! :) 

Sharing a lovely video with you all about sharing kindness, this is how we should all act, all the time, but for now if you even do one selfless act a day, you will feel happier and help spread the happiness!
There are so many ways of increasing your vibrations but I dont want this post to get too big, how about a quick list of some ideas?
  • listen to music that you love, but please dont make that hardcore/rock music - I will talk about its effects in the next water post Ive mentioned before
  • try to do something new once in a while, if even just talking a different route home from work, its good to get out of the routine
  • go out exploring your city, I bet there are many wonderful places youve never been to, how about some art galleries or new parks? Make it a habit to see more beautiful things every week
  • light some candles, run a bath, incense...whatever makes you happy. Smelling lovely things will stimulate your happy hormones!! :)  
  • call someone you love, even if you speak to them every day
  • leave work on time, or early if possible. Too many people stay behind the desk way past end time. Do you live to work or work to live?
  • do more of what makes YOU happy, be that reading, hiking, skiing, painting or playing with your dog
  • acknowledge "friends" who are no longer serving your highest good, when youre around them, are they making you sad/annoyed/bad about yourself or others? If so, maybe its time to let them go and allow space for new friendships that will make you happier
  • hug a tree and ask it to take away your negative energy and give you some life force, send it your love (this is what helps me best)
  • dont forget one of the most important things - meditate! If you dont know how, ask around, or just start with the most simple one - just relax and breathe deeply and watch your thoughts. Acknowledge the kind of thoughts that pop into your head. You can even write them down and compare the lists after some time of practicing living from your heart. If you find you cant handle the mind chatter - start chanting a mantra
  • let go of your fears (this is a huge topic and one of the most important ones) - you can start by just setting your intention and telling yourself that youre releasing all your fears.
  • accept all challenges and lessons with an open heart and a smile - the faster you go through them, the sooner you will achieve your goal, so yes you want those freaky dreams/angry bosses/annoying cats in your life, if you learn your lesson, they will go away...if you dont, life will give you an even tougher lesson!
  • Smile at/talk to people on the streets, you may be surprised how many people smile back. This act will brighten up your day and of those around you.
To conclude: RAISE YOUR VIBRATIONS, be happy, be loving, be kind, let go of fears, negativity and media and you WILL reach our goals!

The Lemurians are an incredible civilisation that came to Earth even before the Atlanteans, about 4.5million BC (you can read their history here). They have vast knowledge of the universe and how we live and how we are progressing. They live in the 5th dimension above Mt. Shasta in California and since they vibrate at a higher level, most of us cant see them...yet! The first book describes what their life is like, everyone lives in love and cares for one another, they work for 2 hours a day, have no money or government, basically its everything we want out of life...and we can get there!! The books describe in lots of detail exactly how we should act in order to get to their level of consciousness, but they highly stress the importance of raising your vibrations!

Love and light
There is a starting point for everyone in learning how to love without condition and attract more love into your life. This is a list of things to try and do to begin opening your heart and develop unconditional love. Some of these are so easy to do, but we just need to be reminded of them once in a while. Why not try to keep a diary or reminders? 

  • Forgive rather than hold grudges
  • Shrug off criticism, smile at the person attacking you. We tend to react badly to criticism, but if you keep reminding people of how good they are, they will respond positively and lovingly. If you need to point out a wrong doing (e.g. to an employee) you should do so in a humane and caring way.
  • Always look at someone’s good points and try to ignore the bad ones. Praise their good work, give kind words and encouragement. This will give immediate response and you will notice their attitude changing towards you.
  • If you come across someone you really don’t like, just ignore them whenever possible – “live and let live”.
  • If you want to do something good but are afraid of peoples reactions – just do it anyway, you may regret it later. So many good intentions and thoughts go no further than the mind…
  • Send people healing and love over distance, just imagine their face or put your hand over their picture and hold the intention of sending them a stream of love. You don’t need to be a qualified healer or even know the person to do this. Send it without condition, be happy for them.
  • Be positive about everything – including the weather! Positive thoughts are high vibration and will attract the energy of love. This will soon develop into a habit and you can constantly keep your vibration high. Write all the positive thoughts about yourself and people you know in a journal.
  • Love yourself! Give yourself time to do what you want to do, surround yourself with loving friends, avoid saying negative things about yourself. Allow yourself to make mistakes without beating yourself up about them.

Little Grandmother mentioned crystal skulls in the video posted above (also mentions Egyptian Pyramids!), I have also found an interesting article on one of the skulls found by a Canadian family, which seems to have been made in a very peculiar way.

The only way to sculpt any crystal is to follow its axis or orientation of the crystal molecular symmetry. Going against the natural axis will shatter it to pieces. However the Mitchell-Hedges skull is carved against the natural axis of the crystal and shows no signs of scratches characteristic of carving metal instruments. The best hypothesis they could come up with was it was roughly cut out with diamonds and the detailed work was done with solution of silicon, sand and water. Now such a job, if possible, would have required 300 years of man hours to complete!!!

Maybe we are not that far advanced as we like to think? Maybe we are not as wise and grown up as we are said we are?

The Mayan foresaw how people would disconnect from Mother Nature in a future, around the beginning of the twenty-first century. Their prediction was a total change and shift in human consciousness to start a New Era. Watching the news, the ongoing political events and the unsettling nature catastrophes we really forced into a different way of operating, thinking and behavior.

The skulls show that the impossible is possible! What other mysteries will the skulls reveal? Someday we will understand the message they hold.

Q: What role do the Crystal Skulls play (in the Earth and man’s “awakening”)? 
A: That’s a big question. I don’t know how much you would like me to go into the crystal skulls. 
The Crystal Skulls are very, very sacred because there are literal spirits inside these Crystals, men and women who were raised by indigenous cultures being taught all the wisdom from their tribe and from the beginning of that tribes time, everything that could be taught was taught to these people as they grew from a child into adulthood and then their life was taken, very willingly, so their spirit could go inside these skulls, with all of their knowing, with sacred truths and with all of their wisdom, and these skulls are to be brought together at the end of days, before the world changes into her beautiful self, and those spirits will come forth from the crystals and teach us those ancient truths again. 

Exactly how that’s going to happen I can’t say that I know for fact. But I have seen a couple of the skulls myself – they are so powerful. There really are beings/souls within these crystals that have so much wisdom, so much teaching and when they are brought together the whole world will learn from their wisdom
